Je kunt je inschrijven bij de USAC tot 31 januari / Registration for USAC is open until 31 January

Vanaf 1 augustus 2025 tot en met 31 augustus 2025 is het mogelijk om je in te schrijven bij de USAC. Op 12 augustus staan we op de sportmarkt van de UIT. Het is dan ook mogelijk om te klimmen, dus kom gezellig langs 🙂

Houd de site tegen die tijd in de gaten voor hoe je je precies aanmeldt. Check belangrijke info en verplichte data hieronder. Houd deze vast vrij. Locaties en eventuele tijden volgen tzt of kunnen nog veranderen.

Verplichte data:

• 2 september: Introklimmen, je wordt ingedeeld in een shift
  • shift 1 = 16:30-18:00
  • shift 2 = 18:00 tot 19:30

Als je wordt ingeloot:

• 4 september: Inschrijven (overdag, ergens op de uithof)
• 8 september: Introcafé
• 9 & 16 óf 11 & 18 september: Indoor Toprope cursus: 17:00-19:00
• 20-21 september: Introweekend in NL
• Een weekend eind september/begin oktober: Introweekend België

Kosten

• Contributie: € 45,- per jaar.
• Verplicht introweekend buiten (België of Duitsland): ongeveer € 55,- eenmalig
• Olympas: € 165,- per jaar inclusief SSV registratie voor een heel jaar vanaf dat je lid wordt. Deze pas kan gekocht worden via de USAC pagina op de Olympos website en is verplicht om te hebben als USAC-lid. Deze hoef je echter pas aan te schaffen nadat je bent ingeloot. Doe dit dan wel direct, zodat je bij je officiële aanmelding de pas al kunt laten zien. Met deze Olympas kan ook onbeperkt gesport worden bij Olympos. Klik hier voor het sportaanbod. De Olympas is alleen verplicht in je eerste jaar bij de USAC en dekt onder anderen de kosten van het Introweekend in Bussum en je Indoor Toprope opleiding.
• Verplicht: Lidmaatschap van NKBV (Nederlandse Klim en Bergsport Vereniging). Contributie lidmaatschap standaard € 44,00 en  verzekering € 39.95 per jaar (voor meer info zie https://verzekeringen.nkbv.nl/lidmaatschap/). Word je na 1 oktober lid van de NKBV, dan betaal je geen NKBV-contributie meer voor de maanden t/m december van dat jaar, onder voorwaarde dat je het volgende jaar ook lid blijft. Lidmaatschap van de NKBV + verzekering is verplicht (alleen voor het introweekend in september is het dus nog niet verplicht).

Contributie zal worden geïncasseerd via automatisch incasso of kan worden overgemaakt op giro:

NL63 TRIO 0320 6003 94 tnv USAC te Utrecht.

Mandatory dates:

• 2 september: Introduction climbing,
  • shift 1 = 16:30-18:00

When you get selected:

• 4 september: Confirmation of registration (during the day at the uithof)
• 8 september: Introcafé
• 9 & 16 óf 11 & 18 september: Indoor Toprope cursus: 17:00-19:00
• 20-21 september: Introweekend in NL
• A weekend at the end of september/beginning of oktober: Introweekend België

Costs

• Contribution: €45 per year.
• Compulsory intro weekend outside (Belgium or Germany): about € 55,- one-time
• Mandatory: Olympas: €160,- per year including SSV registration for a full year from when you join. This pass can be bought via the USAC page on the Olymppos website and is mandatory to have as a USAC member. However, you only need to purchase it after you have been enrolled. In that case, do so immediately so that you can already show the pass at your official registration. This Olympas also allows unlimited sports at Olymppos. Click here for the sports on offer. The Olympas is only compulsory in your first year at USAC and covers the costs of the Introweekend in Bussum and your Indoor Toprope training, among other things.
• Mandatory: Membership of NKBV (Dutch Climbing and Mountaineering Association). Membership fee standard € 44.00 and insurance € 39.95 per year (for more info see https://verzekeringen.nkbv.nl/lidmaatschap/). If you become a member of the NKBV after 1 October, you will no longer pay the NKBV contribution for the months until December of that year, on condition that you also remain a member the following year. Membership of the NKBV + insurance is mandatory (only for the introduction weekend in September it is not yet mandatory).

Contribution will be collected via direct debit or can be transferred to giro: NL63 TRIO 0320 6003 94 on the name of USAC te Utrecht.
