Every Wednesday, from 6 p.m. to 7:15 p.m., the USAC organizes Alpine training, to keep your fitness up during the dark, cold winter months. The trainings always start with a good warm-up, to make the muscles flexible and warm, combined with (running) technique exercises.

The main course consists of exercises (mainly focused on the legs) combined with running and/or stair climbing. It is an intensive workout and meant to get you nice and tired. Important: the workout is done at your own level and is therefore accessible to everyone! Do you have any questions? Come join us one time.
