The USAC wants to be an association where everyone can play sports safely and with pleasure. For this reason there are two confidential contact persons (VCP); Lotte Löhr and Jordi Nieuwenhuis. We are the contact when you want to discuss something in confidence or when you want to investigate follow-up steps if you have experienced something unpleasant.
How do we proceed?
- We explain what you can and may expect from us;
- Your story is central;
- We listen to you;
- We take you seriously;
- We give you information;
- We give you (expert) options to reach a solution;
- We treat the information confidentially.
The confidential contact person primarily has a sounding board function. We are the first point of contact where necessary and you can tell us your story. Then, should you need it, we can give advice on possible next steps and look for a solution together. Actions will only be taken in consultation with you and according to your needs.

Would you rather talk to someone outside the association?
You can. There are several possibilities:
NKBV – Within the NKBV there are two confidential contact persons, namely Tim van der Linden and Femke Welvaart. They can be reached at vcp@nkbv.nl.

CVSN – Centrum Veilige Sport Nederland was founded by NOC*NSF and has a pool of confidential contact persons who can guide you as an individual in case of incidents. They can be reached in various ways, see centerveiligesport.nl/contact
